(More customer reviews)I bought five of these and I have yet to get any one of them to work on any TV. The instructions say to hold the MUTE button for a little while, until the TV goes mute. Nothing happened. I asked ThinkGeek (the manufacturer) about this and they said, "The process of finding the right channel could take up to about 5 or 6 minutes." That's ridiculous!
This should only take a few seconds or it's not really a universal remote.
