Gordon Ramsey keeps his restaurant somewhat simple, but many of the recipees are pretty different and exotic.
It makes me want to go straight to his restaurant and just watch and taste to my heart's desire.
This book is a must have.If you are a fan of Gordon Ramsay, you need to get this book. Everything sumptuous and simple,but really most I wouldn't dare tackle in my own kitchen.

The dishes are served in small portions, enabling patrons to savor a wide variety of tastes in one visit. This cookbook gives readers the opportunity to cook the Maze way. But it is more than a collection of the restaurant's best recipes.
